Meet James Beeson: activ's First-Ever Customer Success Manager
We’re thrilled to share some exciting news at activ Marketing! James Beeson has joined our team as our very first Customer Success Manager, marking an important milestone in our ongoing mission to provide exceptional support and results to clients across the UK and beyond. Based at our Cardiff head office, James is set to bring fresh energy and expertise to our customer-focused operations.
A bit about James
Originally from Scotland, James has lived across the UK and Canada. He pursued both undergraduate and postgraduate studies focused on psychological and corporate communication techniques, which sparked his passion for understanding human behavior and fostering effective communication in business. Today, he channels these skills to enhance client relationships within the activ Marketing franchise network.
James brings a wealth of experience in project management, particularly from his time streamlining data projects across Europe. More recently, he worked as a Global Internal Communications Manager for a digital marketing agency based in London, where he managed complex, global communications initiatives.
Outside the office
When he’s not at work, James is an avid photographer, runner, and hiker—now living in Cardiff, he’s excited to explore the great outdoors away from London’s flat landscape!

James’ hidden talent? He can walk on his hands—though don’t expect to see him doing that around the office anytime soon!
